All our efforts would go to waste if the product would not give the desired output. However, our strict norms during the manufacturing phase itself help us at this stage. We use customized testers for mass productions, which again imply high quality and higher production rates. Our success rate (99 percent) at the testing stage is in itself, a testimony of our commitment. We also do the burn-in test if required as per the customer need. The product will again be tested after the finished product assembly stage as per customer specifications.
Finished Product Assembly
The assembled PCB will be fitted in the cabinet with the help of our team of skilled manpower and production tools like electric pneumatic/screwdrivers in order to maximize output. Finished products are packed as per the customer specification.
